Operation Lead the Way gives Jr. Seed Sowers the opportunity to create and lead their own community outreach event. Students will decide whom they want to bless, explain why they selected them, develop the plan, assign responsibilities, and oversee the event from beginning to end-with guidance and support from adult leaders.
