Description: Operation Who Will Help is a community outreach initiative designed to recognize and bless everyday heroes. We will stage a roadside breakdown scenario, and when kindhearted people stop to offer help, they will be surprised with gifts, encouragement, and appreciation for their compassion. This operation is all about reminding the world that kindness still exists and celebrating those willing to help a stranger in need.
