Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Operation Seed Sowers of America! 100% of proceeds from our merchandise store go directly toward our community outreach missions.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to an ongoing event or campaign, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during major holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99

Return & Refund Policy

Because every purchase acts as a donation to support our missions, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be completely satisfied with your item.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
